Season Two — Waiting List
What we collect
- Name and email address (required)
- Phone and note (optional)
How we use it
- To contact you about trips and updates.
- We will not sell your data. We will only share with trusted service providers (email delivery, analytics) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
Lawful basis & consent
- We rely on explicit consent to add you to our waiting list. The form includes a required consent checkbox. We record the timestamp of form submission to document consent.
Data processors
- We use Formspree (https://formspree.io) to receive submissions. Formspree acts as a data processor; you may request details of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between Season Two and Formspree by emailing help.seasontwo@gmail.com.
International transfers
- Submission data may be processed or stored outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary we rely on standard contractual clauses, processor safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Retention
- We keep waiting list data until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you signed up for.
Your rights
– You can request access, correction, portability, or deletion by emailing help.seasontwo@gmail.com. We will respond in line with applicable law.

Security & spam
- The form uses a honeypot and optional CAPTCHA to limit spam. For large-scale processing we recommend server-side verification and anti-abuse measures.
